Welcome to our private 2-bedroom villa in the heart of Seminyak, just a 2-minute walk to Eat Street, where you’ll find top restaurants, boutique shops, spas, and nightlife hotspots like La Favela. Despite its central location, the villa offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

This homey two-storey villa features two ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable working desk, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a private 3×4 meter pool. Daily cleaning is included, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday stress-free. Whether you’re here to explore or just relax, this cozy and well-located space has everything you need for a perfect stay in Bali.

• Daily cleaning is provided to keep your space fresh and comfortable. If you’d prefer privacy or wish to skip cleaning on certain days, just let us know. Housekeeping can return after finishing other properties unless a specific time is arranged in advance.
• Please respect local quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Towels and linens are provided and refreshed during longer stays.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee, so please keep them safe.
• Late check-in after midnight may require self check-in. If so, we’ll send detailed instructions closer to your arrival.
• We’re happy to assist with transportation, tours, or local recommendations, just reach out!
• Occasional power or internet interruptions may happen in the area, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
• While the area is peaceful, it’s still centrally located.
